Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

• 6 cups whole milk
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Toppings: whipped cream, marshmallows, crushed candy canes, chocolate shavings

1. 1Add the milk, cream, condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla and salt to a slow cooker.
2. 2Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, whisking every 30 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and it's hot and smooth.
3. 3Turn to warm for serving. Whisk before ladling into mugs and let everyone add their own toppings.
